Information for Healthcare Providers

I provide one on one health and life coaching for women navigating stress, lifestyle changes, and health related challenges.


My approach is supportive, practical, and client centered. I help individuals slow down, understand what's contributing to their current challenges, and make sustainable changes that align with their capacity and real life.

What I support clients with:

  • Stress, overwhelm, and burnout
  • Adjusting to health changes or chronic conditions
  • Lifestyle habit change (sleep, movement, daily routines)
  • Emotional processing and behavior patterns that impact well-being
  • Identity shifts and navigating life transitions

What coaching looks like:

  • 45–60-minute phone sessions (1:1)
  • Collaborative, non-judgmental conversations 
  • Goal setting and small realistic steps between sessions
  • Focus on long-term sustainable change

Scope of practice:

  • I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions
  • I do not replace medical or mental health care
  • I work alongside healthcare providers when appropriate
  • I refer out if a client needs a higher level of care

Logistics:

  • Currently accepting new clients
  • Phone base sessions (U. S.)
  • Private pay (sliding scale available)
  • English speaking clients
